L1 签证 (跨国企业经理签证)
L-1签证为「非移民签证」，在申请L-1公司内部调派人员签证时，您要调往的美国公司必须为您向美国移民局(USCIS)提出 I-129 申请表。一旦申请被核准，您就可以获得签证。您必须证明在近三年内在美国以外被您的公司连续雇用至少一年，而此职位必须是经理级丶主管级丶或具有特殊专业知识，并且此美国公司是您现职公司的分公司丶总公司丶关系企业丶或子公司。
公司调派人员的配偶及21岁以下的未婚子女可以和L-1主要申请人一起申请L-2眷属签证，也可以提出已获得核准的L-1 签证之后申请L-2。请出示与L-1申请人的关系证明，如出生证明，结婚证书或户籍誊本。
申请人如果曾经持有受两年居住限制条款的J-1签证，请提供履行居住规定之证明或者已经取得豁免的证明。
