J-1 交换学者签证
依据美国移民法规定，非移民交换学者签证适用於获准参加美国交换学者专案的人。也就是说，在您申请J签证之前，您必须先取得特定主办机构的许可让您参加交换学者专案。一旦取得许可，主办机关将提供您资讯与必要的官方文件申请J签证。
美国国务院所有其特别指定的公私立主办机构负责执行交换学者专案。这些被指定的主办机构将协助外国访问学者进入美国完成各种交换学者专案计画。
