Refund Policy

We offer two service models to accommodate different applicant profiles. The specific model applicable to your case will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

• Approval or Full Refund Model
  This model is available to applicants with strong qualifications. If your petition is not approved by USCIS, we will provide a full refund of the attorney service fee.

• Approval or Partial Refund Model
  This is our standard model for most applicants. If your initial petition is denied, we will refile the case at no additional charge. If the refile is also unsuccessful, the remaining unpaid portion of the service fee will be waived.
